This Privacy Policy explains how Sinimax Limited (“Sinimax”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects your personal data when you access or use our mobile application, website, or any related online service (collectively, the “Platform”).

2.2. Information Collected Automatically: Device information (model, OS version, IP address, browser type, and logs); location data (approximate geolocation if enabled); cookies and analytics data (tracking usage, activity, and improvement metrics).
2.3. Information from Third Parties: Payment processors and app stores (for verified transactions); social media or authentication services (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook); marketing and analytics partners (for usage insights and ad personalization).

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law. Account data is retained while active or up to 2 years after deactivation. Logs and analytics data may be retained up to 12 months for performance and security purposes.

We implement organizational and technical measures to safeguard your data, including encryption, access control, vulnerability monitoring, and staff training. However, no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
10. YOUR RIGHTS
Under NDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to marketing, and lodge complaints with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Sinimax is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a child’s data has been submitted without parental consent, we delete it immediately.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or apps not operated by Sinimax. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies before sharing information.
13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version. Users will be notified of major updates via email or website notifications.
